I am Martin. I was born and raised in Germany 1986. Finally I found home at the Atlantic Ocean in Ericeira, Portugal after travelling the world as an engineer and living in Berlin, Germany for the last eight years.
I am passionate about healthy, good quality organic food and natural wine. My aim is to share not only a good experience while eating good quality and nutritious meals, but also the understanding and knowledge about the ingredients and their health benefits. “Let food be your medicine”. “We are what we eat” etc. These phrases are not only sayings. They are the truth and if you start to live accordingly you will feel it.
It is important to me to live in harmony with nature that surrounds us, flow with the seasons and reduce the harmful impact to earth caused by our behaviour and actions. As a result and to support the local community I use locally sourced, organic produce for my dishes only.
For catering and picnics the dishes are served in reusable jars. I hand out stainless steel cutlery and for your natural wine I bring wine glasses.
Either as a pop up at your private or public event, catering or dinner event, I like to create a nice and harmonious atmosphere and bring people together.
